Deputy Minister for Labor Thanks Leadership for Cabinet's Approval of Labor Law Amendments

His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Abu Thanin, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor, extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for the Cabinet's approval of several amendments to the Labor Law.

Dr. Abu Thanin stated that these amendments came after fruitful efforts and integration with relevant authorities, labor committees, the Federation of Saudi Chambers, and human resources experts from major private sector companies. 
He pointed out that the Labor Law amendments aim to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Saudi labor market, meeting the needs and aspirations of employers and workers in the private sector, and empowering national cadres in support of achieving labor market strategy objectives and national economic development.
