Pursuant to Paragraph (b) of Article (9) of Civil Service Council Law, issued by virtue of Royal Decree (M/48), dated 10/07/1397 AH, After reviewing the draft Regulations for Non-Saudis Employment in Public Positions, and Memorandum of the General Secretariat of the Civil Service Council No. (70), dated 01/07/1398 AH prepared for such subject. The Civil Service Council decided the following: First: Approving the Regulations for Non-Saudis Employment in Public Positions, in form attached hereto. Second:Provisions of these Regulations shall apply to all non-Saudis working in field of education as of 01/11/1398 AH, as an exception to Article (52) herein.
