Regulations of Delegation of Powers This Regulations was issued pursuant to the Resolution of H.E the Minister of Civil Service No. (703/11722) dated 22/11/1427 AH, based on the delegation of Civil Service Council during its meeting on 20/10/1427 AH, which was communicated to MCS by the Letter of the General Secretariat of the Civil Service Council No. (CS/427/957) dated 29/10/1427 AH, and it was circulated pursuant to MCS’s Letter No. (703/136) dated 26/11/1427 AH. This Regulations shall take effect as of the date of this Circulation on 26/11/1427 AH.
