About

It is a cash donation fund established in response to the pandemic of the new Coronavirus (COVID-19), in partnership between the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the General Authority for Awqaf. The fund aims at providing broad services, including relief and social services, to those who are affected by the pandemic. The fund receives contributions from individuals and institutions as well as it implements initiatives through certified private NGOs that are able to reach the beneficiaries and verify their needs.

Mission

To support government bodies in responding to crises and disasters by motivating the private sector, individuals, and institutions to finance and implement relief and support initiatives that mitigate the social and economic impacts that result from these crises and disasters.

• Food for All Initiatives

This initiative is one of the Community Fund’s initiatives that aims to support all affected families from the Coronavirus pandemic, including citizens and others, in all Saudi Arabia’s regions. Also, it aims to mitigate the effects of the pandemic on the groups that are most in need and most affected by this pandemic by providing food baskets.

 

 

• Ramadan Iftar Initiative

This initiative is one of the Community Fund’s initiatives that aims to  provide Iftar meals for those who are affected by the Coronavirus pandemic in the holy month of Ramadan. The meals are served hot, dried, or as food baskets according to what suits each group of beneficiaries, citizens and others, also according to the conditions of the coronavirus curfew in each region, as this campaign includes all regions of the Saudi Arabia.
