Child-Foster Acknowledgement service

An electronic service that enables custodial families to request the issuance of an identification certificate to be granted to the family to prove sponsorship and fostering of an orphan, according to the terms and conditions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

The beneficiary is alive at the time of applying to the service.
The beneficiary is registered at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development orphans care system’s foster families.
The beneficiary is registered at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development e-services portal.
The beneficiary must have at least one orphan guardianship at the time of applying to the service.

    An electronic service that enables a foster family to issue an acknowledgement letter to prove the sponsorship of orphan(s) according to Ministry of Labor and Social Development conditions and controls.

  • What is the service’s targeted group?

    Foster Families.

  • How can I issue a child-foster acknowledgement letter?

    1. Sign-in to Ministry of Labor & Social Development e-Services Portal.
    2. Select “Child-Foster Acknowledgement Letter” service from the list of available e-services.
    3. Fill out the required data and then issue the acknowledgement letter.
    4. The acknowledgement letter appears immediately, for either printing or sending to e-mail.

    No, there is no requirement for any attachments.

  • How can external entities validate child-foster acknowledgement letter information?

    The entity to which the letter is submitted can validate the information either by:

    •  Scanning the QR-code on the printed letter. The letter’s information will be presented to confirm its authenticity.

    or

    •  Visiting Ministry of Labor and Social Development portal, inserting beneficiary’s ID number & date of birth. The information will be presented to confirm its authenticity.
