  1. Sign-in to Ministry of Labor & Social Development e-Services Portal.
  2. Select “Marriage-Subsidy for Orphans” service from the list of available e-services.
  3. Fill the application form, acknowledge to service terms and conditions, and then submit your request.


User can track his application status by visiting “My Requests” page.

The beneficiary is a Saudi citizen.
The beneficiary is alive at the time of submitting the application.
The beneficiary is registered at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development orphans care system.
The beneficiary is registered at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development e-services portal.
The beneficiary must have an active bank account saved to the beneficiary personal profile on the e-services portal of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development.
The beneficiary must have been issued a marriage certificate from the Saudi Ministry of Justice.
The beneficiary has not previously received the marriage subsidy.

    3. Fill the application form, acknowledge to service’s terms and conditions, and then submit your request.

    No, the beneficiary must have an issued marriage certificate.

  • Is it possible to accept a marriage-subsidy request application for a marriage certificate issued from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

    Yes, in case the Marriage Certificate’s issuance is from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it must be certified by the Saudi authorities (Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and the application should be submitted through Ministry of Labor and Social Development branches.

  • What are the files’ formats that can be attached?

    Only files of formats (JPG, JPEG, PDF) can be attached.

  • What is the maximum size of the attached file?

    Each attached file should not exceed 2 MB (Megabytes)

  • How can I track my request’s status?

     

    After submitting his/her request, the user can track the application’s status by visiting “My Requests” page. The user will also receive SMS, to the registered mobile number, in the event of any change to the status of the request.
