The purpose of this service is to explain the system of transfer of ownership of a research centre starting from the transfer of ownership request by the current owner of the centre to the validation of the new owner’s data, application processing in the development centre and its adoption at the foundation department, submission of relevant documents, and finally approval and licence issuance by the development centre

The applicant chooses the system of transfer of ownership of a research centre
• The applicant completes the form by entering all necessary data including the new owner data
• The new owner confirms his / her data for the transfer request and attaches the required documents
• The development centre reviews the application and:
o Submits a request for amendment or inquiry to the new owner
o Sends the application to the foundation department
• The Foundation Department reviews the application and:
o Approves the application
• The new owner submits the required documents after the application has been approved by the foundation department
o Municipality response letter
o Municipality licence
o Civil defence response letter
o Security and safety certificate
o Ministry of Commerce Letter
o Commercial Register
• The development centre reviews the application and the attached documents and:
o Approves the application and issues the final licence or rejects the application in the event of any issues
• The new owner downloads the operation regulations and the final licence
