Financial subsidy service for people with disability.

Service Description

It is an electronic service, which enables people with disability who currently registered as beneficiaries to apply for the “Financial subsidy service for people with disability.” to get a monthly subsidy according to the terms and conditions.

Targeted Groups

People with disability.

  1. Log in to the portal and choose “Financial subsidy service for people with disability" services from electronic services.
  2. Filling up the requested data (disclosing your data, income data, your bank account, and approving on acknowledgement), then submit the request.
  3. The request number and detail will be sent via text message
  4. The status of your request can been tracked from option " Talabaty".

Service Description

It is an electronic service, which enables people with disabilities who are currently registered in the ministry as beneficiaries to submit a request to updating their disability data, or the people with disabilities who are not registrar yet in the ministry to submit a request to register their disability data and registering them as beneficiaries of ministry to be able to benefits the services provided to people with disabilities.

Persons with disabilities.

Service Steps

  1. Log in to the portal and select "Disability Evolution" services from electronic services.
  2. Fill out Disability Evolution's form and upload your medical report then submit the request.
  3. The request number and detail will be sent via text messag
  4. The status of a Disability Evolution can be tracked from option "My Requests".

Digital certificate service to reduce passenger wages for persons with disabilities and their escort

Service Description

 

The service offers the possibility of issuing a ticket for the reduction of passenger fare for persons with disabilities and their escort through the portal by providing an electronic certificate, which enables them to obtain a 50% reduction on air tickets.
The service also makes it easier for the beneficiary to issue the certificate through the electronic portal, and print or send it to himself via e-mail in the form of a PDF file, therefore he does not need to visit the branch unless the beneficiary wishes to submit and receive a plastic card via the branch.

For the requester to be a disabled person

1-    The beneficiary shall enter the electronic services portal
2-    The beneficiary will sign in by choosing the service from the list of electronic services.
3-    The system checks the existence of a valid electronic card for the beneficiary (More than 3 months remain before the card is expired).
4-    If there is no card or the card is invalid, he is directed to the sub procedure (Request for issuing a new card or renewal application)
5-    If a valid card is present, a digital certificate issued to the beneficiary is displayed with the possibility of:

Service Description

The service offers the possibility of issuing an autism disorder card to people with autism disorder through the electronic portal by providing electronic cards, which enables them to obtain priority in services when visiting hospitals, health centers and other facilities easily throughout the Kingdom.
The service also makes it easier for the beneficiary to issue the certificate through the electronic portal, and print or send it to himself via e-mail in the form of a PDF file, therefore he does not need to visit the branch unless the beneficiary wishes to submit and receive a plastic card via the branch.

The service also makes it easier for the beneficiary to issue the certificate through the electronic portal, and print or send it to himself via e-mail in the form of a PDF file, therefore he does not need to visit the branch unless the beneficiary wishes to submit and receive a plastic card via the branch.

Medical Equipment Subsidy Service

Service Description

An electronic service that enables persons with disabilities who are registered with the Ministry and whose disability has been assessed to apply for financial aid for special medical devices for persons with disabilities according to the conditions and regulations.

Targeted segments:

Disabled people.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The beneficiary must be registered with the Ministry and the disability assessed.
  • The beneficiary is a permanent resident of the Kingdom.
  • The beneficiary must be a Saudi national or a card holder
  • Personal data and beneficiary bank account must be current.
  • The disability evidence should be updated (disability assessment).
  • The beneficiary should not be included in one of the accommodation services when the service is requested (social rehabilitation, nursing homes, orphanages, girls care institutions, social observation centers).
  • Each beneficiary is entitled to a cash subsidy application to secure (3) basic equipment
  • Each beneficiary has the right to request the payment of a subsidy to secure only one of the devices with special specifications, taking into account the regular period of disbursement of each device>

  1. The user shall choose the subsidy service for special medical devices for persons with disabilities from the list of services in the electronic services portal at the Ministry's website.
  2. Fill in the required data (disclosure of the beneficiary's data and approval of the declaration and undertaking) and submit the application.
  3. The status of the application for financial aid can be monitored through the "My Requests" icon.

Service Description

Issue disability certificate service allows registered beneficiaries who have their disability evaluated to apply and issue the certificate online with the beneficiary information. This certificate is certificated and endorsed by the ministry of labor and social development according to terms and conciliations.

The service allows the beneficiary to print the certificate immediately or send it to their email as PDF.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The beneficiary is registered and the disability is evaluated
  • The beneficiary is permanent resident in Kingdome of Saudi Arabia

  1. The user shall choose the visa exemption service for persons with disabilities from the list of electronic services on the Ministry's website.
  2. Fill in the required data, and then submit the application. The support letter will be presented for printing or sending via e-mail to the beneficiary immediately.
  3. The certificate can be re-printed at any time in case it has been lost from the “My orders” tab.

Service Description

The request for the balance to found new establishments be awarded once only or a request for the balance of the expansion in activity, in accordance with the terms and standards of specific expansion, must be achieved, substantiated and can be referred to in the Guide of Recruitment Standards

  • To achieve the required ratio of resettlement
  • The licenses of the establishment should be valid including the participation of Saudi National Mail Address Services.
  • The establishment should be in the allowed zone.

  1. Log into through zone website and provide a job advert and wait to the end of posting time and link the request with the ministry's website.
  2. The System sends the request to the concerned authorities in the ministry to consider the request, and the representative of the establishment pressing the following request data (cancel request, modify a request, a request for appeal, cancelling a request for appeal.)
  3. You can follow up the situation of the Request through feature of  query or search by a specific request number or search for applications within a specific time period.
  4. In the case of the adoption of the request establishment is entitled to use the available balance through the "Service of Issuance Visas”

Service Description

This service allows citizens or legal entities to establish a national association without the need to consult the ministry or its branches.

Service highlights:

  1. Electronic submission of the application by the applicant (representative of the founding members)
  2. Approval by founding members.
  3. Determination of the Board of Directors of the association
  4. Electronic communicate with the founding members (e-mail - text messages – service account).
  5. Issuance of the registration certificate of the association.
  6. Issuance of the basic regulations
  7. Issuance of the letter of formation of the Board

  1. The user chooses the service for establishing a national association
  2. The applicant completes the form by entering all necessary data.
  3. The applicant acknowledges reading, agrees to the terms, and sends the application.
  4. The system automatically sends the request to all members for approval to join the association
  5. The applicant presses "send" to send the application to the ministry after the approval of all members
  6. The request number and detail  will be sent via text message
  7. The Ministry reviews the application and then:
    1. Issues approval if the application is approved
    2. Sends a request to amend or reject the application in the event of any notes.
  8. After the ministry’s approval, the association's information is sent to the supervising authority in case of a specialised association
  9. After the approval of the competent authority and the supervising authority, the following are issued:
    1. The association’s registration certificate
    2. Basic regulations of the association
    3. Letter of formation of the Board

A service that enables foster families (registered to Ministry’s systems) to obtain the end-of-adoption reward provided by the ministry in accordance with the terms and conditions.

  2. Select “End-of-adoption reward for foster families” service from the list of available e-services.
  3. Fill the application form, acknowledge to service terms and conditions, and then submit your request.

Establishment of a Family Guidance Centre

Service Description

This service allows the citizen to obtain a licence for a family guidance centre, which aims to provide psychological services and social guidance to beneficiaries - electronically without the need to consult the ministry or its branches.

Service highlights:

  1. Electronic application
  2. Electronic communication with the owner (e-mail - text messages - service account)
  3. Electronic issuance of the licence of the centre and the internal regulations

Targeted Groups

Service Steps

  1. The user chooses the service for establishing a family guidance centre
  2. The applicant completes the form by entering all necessary data.
  3. The applicant acknowledges reading, agrees to the terms, and sends the application.
  4. The system automatically verifies the conditions and allows the applicant to complete the application and print the sample forms. The applicant then sends the application after verifying entries.
  5. The system makes sure all necessary data are entered and uploads all the required files and send the request to the ministry.
  6. The Development Centre reviews the application and then:
    1. Issues approval if the application is approved
    2. Sends a request to amend or reject the application in the event of any notes.
  7. After the ministry’s initial approval, the applicant can provide and upload the data required for the approval of the competent authorities, and appoint a Director of the Centre
  8. The Development Centre and the ministry review the application and then:
    1. Issue the final licence if the application is approved
    2. Send a request to amend or reject the application in the event of comments on it.
  9. The applicant can print and upload official papers including:
    1. Final licence of the centre
    2. Operational regulations of the centre
