Service Description

It is a program developed under legislation that achieves the objectives of social protection, including cash support, rehabilitation, training and the provision of appropriate job opportunities to support the most needy groups of the poor who deserve zakat to improve their social, economic and health aspects.

Service Description

This service allows both citizens and legal entities to establish a cooperative association without the need to follow up with the ministry or its other branches.

The features of this service:

  1. submitting the request electronically by the founders or their representatives    Authorizing members (founders and board of directors).
  2.  Nominating the board of directors for the association.
  3. 4Communicating with the founders or their representatives electronically by ( email - text messages - or by their personal accounts on the service).
  4. Issuing a registration certification for the cooperative association.

Service Description

An electronic service that enables the users of Social Insurance Pensions and their dependents enrolled in the  system Social Insurance Pensions from getting documented scene from the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to be submitted to the requesting party

Friendly Settlement for Labor Disputes

Service Description

amicable settlement is the first stage of considering the clims of labor disputes between the worker and the owner ,it will be received electronically , to clarification the legal attitude of the lawsuit for labor dispute , attaching the necessary documents and reviewing them by  the competent employees and granting a week to direct negotiation , send the letters of notification to the settlement sessions , try to bring the views closer , conduct the mediation process to resolve the dispute , try to reach an amicable solution acceptable to the partners if possible . Or refer the case to the labor court within 21 working days from the date of the first lawsuit.

the labor should not be classified as domestic labor
the prosecutor must submit an electronic complaint to the settlement  office according to the city where the last working day is 
the prosecutor must submit a complaint  within 12 months 
(before the case will end )
if the applicant  is a representative , the power of attorney must be entitled to attending the friendly settlement administration , and has the right to abdication ,peace, remission 
if he is an agent for the establishment of power of attorney under the ministry of justice, an agent must be registered with ministry of labor

End of Service Benefit Calculation Service

Service Description

The end-of-service gratuity is one of the rights of the worker to the employer in the event of the termination of the work contract, and the Saudi legislator obliges the employer to pay it to the worker at the end of the work contract, whether the work contract is for a fixed-term or indefinite-term. For this reason, this service allows for the method of calculating the end-of-service gratuity, the due date for the gratuity, and how to calculate it according to the rules of the Saudi labor system.

An e-service provided by the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) that brings together everything related to the children's hospitality sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which aims to create a bridge of communication between hospitality centers to offer and market its services to parents looking for centers to register their children, in addition to supporting the empowerment of working women to join labor market and continue to do so. Qurrah also works to provide accreditation support for child care centers.
