Following up the academic attainment of the the orphans of special conditions in the public education whose their fathers were affiliated to the MLSD in addition to social security beneficiaries and the dependent in the age of education in order to upgrade their academic attainment level and help them achieve the real success in addition to directing , those who suffer from learning disabilities or mental disorders with ,the sound and right advises to join the education pahts that are relevant to them and also to curb the schools dropout. Moreover,and through this initiative the beneficiary is assessed regarding the learning apect , his /her ability to successfully continue in education or to directed or sent to the vocational education to be equipped to join the labor market . This initiative also integrates with the HRDF training programs to enable and empower the students of the most needy categories.
