The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in collaboration with the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, held the second dialogue workshop of the 14th Social Dialogue Forum for the year 2024. The workshop was attended by His Excellency the Deputy Minister for Labor Market Policies, Mr. Muhannad Al-Issa, government representatives, the Chairman of the National Committee of Workers Committees, Engineer Nasser Aljaryad, and labor representatives.

The agenda of the workshop, held at the center's headquarters in Riyadh, focused on highlighting the key themes of this year's Social Dialogue Forum, which is titled: "Social Dialogue for a Promising and Balanced Labor Market.” It is centered on addressing the challenges of sustaining localization within the private sector, enhancing and expanding training and employment support programs, and fostering an environment that encourages, supports, and protects fair competition in the labor market. Additionally, the workshop participants delved into discussions and proposed recommendations for the development of the "Qawa" platform, refining the process of documenting labor contracts outside the Kingdom and discussing the outcomes of previous dialogues. This workshop falls within the framework of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's efforts to enhance constructive dialogue among the three production sectors to develop the labor market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
