The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development launches "Doam" employee loyalty program for public sector employees

His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi, launched Today in Riyadhs, "Doam" employee loyalty program which offers a package of exclusive offers to government sector employees, through more than 2,500 service providers in all regions of the Kingdom, benefiting more than 200,000 male and female employees.

In his speech during the ceremony, H.E. the Minister of HRSD confirmed that the “Doam” employee loyalty program; comes within the framework of the directions of the wise leadership, may Allah protect it, to develop the government sector, and achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in investing and developing human capital, and to activate the ministry’s strategy to support government entities. It also comes in appreciation and gratitude for the sincere and distinguished efforts of public sector employees, believing in the Ministry's duty to all its partners to provide a product that gives them and their families various benefits that meet their daily needs.

In his statement, Minister Al Rajhi reviewed the highlights of achievements in the civil service sector Including the implementation of more than 1 million operations on Masar platform during the year 2022 to support and develop human resources in government entities, Benefiting more than 600 government entities and over 4.3 million beneficiaries. The Ministry has also worked to raise the Job Association Index for government sector employees beyond the objectives of Vision 2030, as well as work to measure the performance of government agencies' employees electronically. One of those achievements was the launch of the Central Job Information System in the public sector and the strategic workforce planning program, the application of the Saudi Standard Classification of Occupations, as well as the development of the job discipline system and its executive regulations.

The Ministry of HRSD, through the “Doam” program, seeks to create a stimulating and productive work environment through standards that contribute to enhancing the culture of job excellence in government agencies, raising the productivity of public sector employees, and developing their job engagement.
