The Citizen Account Program clarified its registered beneficiaries can submit a compliant staring from Tuesday (Dec. 26) if they object the amount of support deposited in their bank accounts last Thursday as part of the first payment of the program through the electronic portal of the program (www.ca.gov.sa ).

The program highlighted a new icon ‘Compliant’ will be available in the website to allow them to oppose the deposited amount after 5 days from the date of receiving the due amount, pointing out the complaints will be handled during the permission period that lasts for three months after each payment submission.

If the deposited amount is calculated incorrect, the beneficiary will receive the retroactive support amount for the month in which s/he submits the complaint, the program added.

The program also said the eligible ones who did not receive their support payments will get SMS on Tuesday to inform that they enter wrong IBAN numbers, as well as asking them to add another IBAN numbers or visit their bank to resolve this problem.

Meanwhile, the Citizen Account Program urged the registered ones to utilize the website’s calculator in order to know the due amount as it provides varied amounts for the family and independent individuals based on total sum of household income, number of individuals and age of dependents whether they are over or less 18 years.

The program called upon them to visit the electronic portal (www.ca.gov.sa) or contact the call center No. (19912) to know if they are eligible, as well as submitting inquires or complaints related to the program through the program’s Twitter account.
