Issuance of a Travel Permit / Passport or Renewal of passport service for orphans
An electronic service that facilitates the foster families’ procedures for requesting the issuance of a travel permit / passport, or renewing passport for a registered orphan adopted by the family according to terms and conditions.

Steps
- Sign-in to Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development e-Services Portal.
- Select “Issuance of a Travel Permit / Passport or Renewal of passport service for orphans” service from the list of available e-services.
- Fill the application form, acknowledge to service terms and conditions, and then submit your request.
* After submitting his/her request, user can track application status by visiting “My requests” page.

Conditions
• The applicant is a registered to Ministry’s systems.
• Orphan adoption Status for the beneficiary (orphan) should be present at the time of submitting the application.
• The beneficiary (Orphan) is a Saudi citizen (holding a National ID) or a resident at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (holding a Resident ID)
• The beneficiary (Orphan) is registered to Ministry’s systems.
• The beneficiary (Orphan) is less than 21 years old.
• The beneficiary (Orphan) has no “Under Processing” application for the same service.
