Objection to inspection violations

A service that enables establishments to submit an objection to violations of the labor system for which an administrative decision has been issued by the Accreditation Center.

Steps

Log in to the electronic services portal using the username and password of the establishment.

The business owner selects the establishment to object or submit a settlement against it from the list of listed establishments.

The employer/authority selects the service of objections and settlements of work violations from the list of facility services

The system displays all violations that meet the conditions of the objection request by clicking on the search button, and the employer / authority can search for a specific violation or several violations on a specific date.

Then the business owner chooses the objection procedure to display the objection request and start the procedure by filling in the fields and uploading the attachments.

Conditions

1. That an administrative decision has been issued., 2- The employer must submit an objection request through the electronic services portal within 60 days from the date of imposing the penalty

Required Documents

There are no conditions for obtaining the service, as it is available to employers on the Ministry's website.

FAQs

The objection shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of issuance of the administrative decision.

A settlement cannot be submitted in the absence of an existing objection request
