H.E. the Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services, Mr. Ismail bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi, received a delegation from the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, headed by the Authority’s CEO, Eng. Abdul Razzaq bin Sobhi Al-Aujan, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of the Ministry.

During the meeting, the results of joint work between the two parties were reviewed concerning enhancing and improving the efficiency of expenditure. The main pillars of sustainable expenditure efficiency in government agencies included the opening of the expenditure efficiency exhibition with the participation of the efficiency team within the Ministry, which included a review of the Ministry's projects, initiatives, and achievements in the field. The Ministry previously received the Award for Practical Excellence for its excellence in the overall evaluation of monthly reports and the Fourth Cycle Institutional Excellence Award for the Ministry's first position among government agencies in the overall evaluation of the pillar program.

H.E. Al-Ghamdi stated that these achievements were due to the existence of an integrated and comprehensive strategy to achieve the efficiency of expenditure that the Ministry worked on to achieve this excellence in institutional work and to apply the highest standards to ensure sustainability in line with the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030.

Al-Aujan explained that the Ministry is distinguished in achieving its objectives by raising the expenditure efficiency indicator, stressing the continued cooperation and efforts between the Ministry and the Authority to achieve cooperation between the two sides while expressing great thanks to all the Ministry's staff for their constant efforts.

The Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority aims to contribute to the efficiency of expenditure in government agencies in line with the plans and programs developed for the Saudi Vision 2030 and to follow up the implementation of those initiatives and programs with all government agencies and activate its mechanisms in various disciplines and sectors to meet the aspirations of the wise leadership.
