MHRSD Signs (25) Training Agreements and Training Partnerships at the Global Labor Market Conference

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signed, today, (25) agreements and training partnerships, in support of the "Tawteen" and "Parallel Training" programs, on the sidelines of the first edition of the Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC), organized by the MHRSD, in partnership with the International Labor Organization and the World Bank, which concludes on Thursday in Riyadh. The Ministry was represented by Deputy Minister for Saudization H.E. Eng. Majed Al-Dahawi. 

The conclusion of such partnerships and agreements is part of the efforts of the MHRSD to create and promote opportunities to enable and qualify human capital, transfer expertise, and build national skills and competencies, in order to achieve the goals of Vision 2030 and the "National Transformation Program" which is one of the programs of the Vision 2030.

The course of the "Tawteen program" included the signing of two agreements with the SOCPA and the Saudi Institute of Internal Auditors, with the aim of enhancing the skills of Saudi employees in the fields of accounting and internal auditing. The program targets the professional and technical skills of national staff through training programs provided by specialized academies that are in line with the targeted functions in the program.

The "parallel training” program for the requirements of the labor market, which is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program included the signing of (23) training partnerships, with a number of Saudi universities, academies, licensed and major training entities, with the aim of achieving a promising and ambitious future for women through gaining the necessary knowledge and skills to keep pace with the needs of the renewed labor market in various promising sectors, developing their skills in job search in the most promising future specialties, and supporting and enabling their sustainability in the labor market.

By signing such agreements, the MHRSD seeks to establish the highest levels of collaboration with all entities in various sectors in order to realize Vision 2030 goals.
