The Ministry of Labor and Social Development has renewed its call for interested individuals and private sector employers to participate in improving the draft flexible work organization, which aims to employ the Saudi worker at the establishments according to the hours system by sending comments and suggestions to e-mail: [email protected] . The Ministry has announced the flexible organization of work in its official accounts on the social networking platforms, for comments and opinions until 19 March 2019, in order to listen to all opinions that would improve the project. The flexible organization of work aims at creating a new quality of employment to enable job seekers to engage in the labor market and increase their chances of finding a permanent job and to empower the national workforce to raise their skills and experience.
