The Ministry of Labor and Social Development on Monday launched the second stage of the "Al-Mahameh" program, which targets medium enterprises, in order to motivate them to develop their work environment to support the work of persons with disabilities, thus integrating them into the labor market. The launch of the second phase of the program, as the first of 45 development initiatives announced last week under the theme of "Building and Empowerment", falls under the goal of "enabling the integration of persons with disabilities into the labor market". Vision of the Kingdom. The "Harmonization" program aims to stimulate employment facilities for persons with disabilities to develop their work environment to support the work of persons with disabilities to integrate them into the labor market. The program has several criteria, in which the entity is assessed to identify aspects that need to be developed in the work environment, namely knowledge, commitment, employment, ICT, facilities, communication, products and services, and human resources management. Establishments that have a certificate of compliance from the 4: 1 equation for Saudization are in accordance with the rules of Nokatim. The establishments can obtain a "conformity certificate" by submitting them electronically via the website: www.Mowaamah.sa. The Ministry of Labor and Social Development called on medium enterprises to obtain a "harmonization certificate" in order to contribute to the realization of the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in integrating persons with disabilities into the labor market.
