The Ministry of Labor and Social Development, represented by the Social Development Agency, carried out a workshop on innovation and social innovation on Monday, in the presence of a number of specialists in the field of government sectors, civil society organizations, non-profit organizations and owners of social and development initiatives. The workshop was opened by Eng. Mishary Ben Mansour Al Tarif, the owner of the initiative at the Social Development Agency, where he welcomed the attendees and then started the workshop which dealt with a number of themes, namely: "the definition of social innovation and its characteristics, objectives, programs, areas, services and target groups" My mind highlights their vision and clarifies their opinions, scientific ideas and practical experiences in this field, reviewing past studies with their theoretical and practical aspects of the innovation factor.
