The Ministry of Labor and Social Development held a workshop on its operational plan during the current and future phases, during the two days (Thursday and Friday) in the city of Riyadh, in the presence of HE Eng. Ahmed Bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi, Minister of Social Development Dr. Tammadr Bint Yousif Al-Ramah, HE Assistant Minister Eng. Mohammed Bin Nasser Al-Jasser, leaders of the Labor and Social Development and Undersecretaries of the Ministry. During the workshop, Eng. Al Rajhi stressed the Ministry's endeavor to build a clear and effective business strategy for the current and future period, which will contribute to raising the quality of services provided by the Ministry to customers and beneficiaries of its services in various regions of the Kingdom. The minister pointed out that the ministry is continuing to hold intensive workshops and meetings between its various sectors to come up with recommendations and a plan of action that will be implemented on the ground and serve the labor market on the one hand and the sectors under social development on the other hand in line with the national transformation program and the vision of the Kingdom 2030 During the workshop, presentations were made on the programs and initiatives currently being pursued by all sectors of the Ministry, in addition to the programs to be implemented in the coming period, and their suitability to the needs of clients and beneficiaries of the Ministry. The workshop stressed the need for the Ministry to continue implementing its strategic partnerships and integration with various governmental and private sectors and the third sector (non-profit), and follow up the achievement of tangible results and positive indicators that are reflected in the services and initiatives provided. The Ministry has announced the launch of 68 initiatives for the labor sector, seeks to stimulate the private sector to grow and settle, and announced the launch of 45 other initiatives related to the social development sector. The initiative aims to enhance the scope of social initiatives and the development of non-profit sectors concerned with empowering citizens and citizens .
