The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development signs a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem)

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has concluded a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem), where the Ministry was represented in this agreement by His Excellency the Deputy Minister for Development A. Suleiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Zaben, and the commission was represented by the Secretary-General of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, His Excellency Eng. Sultan bin Jerais Al-Jrees.

The agreement stipulates that (Taqeem) will provide the ability to use the “Qayem” system for non-profit sector entities, which aims to facilitate the conduct of the evaluation process by linking the system to the licensed facilities electronically, by making available a dedicated page in the “Qayyim” system for non-profit sector entities that would work On facilitating access to accredited valuers, conducting valuation processes for real estate assets through accredited valuers, and linking applications submitted with evaluation service providers to carry out the evaluation processes.

It is noteworthy that this agreement comes within the Ministry’s plans to conclude various partnerships with all sectors of the state and its private institutions in order to improve the quality of services provided to the beneficiary groups, and to achieve the Kingdom’s vision, which emphasized the need for integration between all government and private agencies to better serve citizens.
