Service Statement (BAYAN)
This service provides automation for all verification procedures for the data of government employees who have completed their service period, taking into consideration the calculated service period for the purpose of retirement. The service enables issuance of service statement to be sent to the Public Pension Agency to complete retiree pension payments automatically.

الخطوات
- Request service authorization from the Ministry of Civil Service by the government agency representative;
- Signing in to the service through its related link;
- Create a new request;
- Submit the request after completing required information;
- Follow up on the status of the request.
الشروط
The user must be a Saudi citizen.
The user must be authorized to use the service.
The user must be a government employee.
