His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for the Social Development Sector, Mr. Majid bin Abdul Rahim Al-Ghanmi, received the US Embassy's Advisor for Cultural and Media Affairs, Mr. Ali Leglik, in the presence of a number of American officials and the Undersecretaries of the Development Sector in the Ministry.

The meeting discussed a number of topics on the agenda, such as cultural and professional exchange programs related to the social development sector, ways to enhance cooperation in this regard, and the visiting expert program prepared by the Embassy of the United States of America. 

During the meeting, they also discussed the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in the field of development and social protection, and the efforts and programs of the Ministry to develop society, empower its members and enhance social protection for them.

This meeting is within the Ministry's plans to strengthen its international relations, learn about various global development experiences and practices, and to discuss the Kingdom's unique experience to achieve the goals of sustainable development plans.
